Yes, outdoor spaces offer a waterfront setting surrounded by boats and tropical palms. Undercover options are also available— our team can discuss arrangements for your event and wet-weather plans.

We can discuss food and beverage packages tailored to your event, guest numbers and preferences.
For your beverage needs, we provide an extensive selection of both domestic and international beers, wines, spirits, and liqueurs, ensuring that you and your guests can enjoy a diverse range of high-quality drinks.
Our club holds a liquor license that permits us to serve alcohol until midnight. Should you require a later serving time, we can extend this license for an additional fee.
Please note that any request for an extension must be submitted at least 21 days in advance to accommodate the necessary arrangements.

At Port Douglas Yacht Club, we offer a range of options to accommodate events of any size. For more intimate gatherings, you can enjoy a cozy table on our picturesque lawn. For larger events, we provide comfortable seating arrangements for up to 300 guests.
Our venue can host standing events with a capacity of up to 450 guests.
